We are aware that meal service is an important part of any event. At Mt. Morris Camp and Conference Center we take your preferences and requirements to heart in creating menus that you and your guests will thoroughly enjoy.

We offer an extensive menu that encompasses everything from classic camp fare to elegant dinners, such as wedding receptions and other celebrations. My catering experience allows for all levels of service to be offered in our dining room.

I include fresh fruits and vegetables in all meals and our salad bar is enjoyed by kids as well as adults. Our menu is created to appeal to each group and occasion.

I look forward to talking with you and deciding together how best to serve you and your guests. Your suggestions are always welcome! We’ve included some sample menus to give you a taste (no pun intended!) of what we can offer. Thank you for allowing us to host your retreat or meeting. Mt. Morris offers two dining facilities, but in many cases we will ask if groups can join one another for meal service. A service charge may be applicable per meal for groups with fewer than 15 guests. Call for meal and meal/lodging package prices. You can’t afford not to!

BREAKFAST

Entrees:

  • Pancakes and French Toast with maple syrup and butter
  • Baked Egg Dish with ham and cheese
  • Biscuits and Gravy
  • Crispy bacon, ham, and sausage
  • Roasted rosemary potatoes
  • “Make your own waffles” with fruit, syrup, and butter

Always available on our breakfast table are cold and hot cereal, toast and bagels, juice, milk and Mt. Morris Special Blend Coffee. Continental breakfast is also available and would include such items as muffins, fresh fruit, yogurt, hot and cold cereal selections, toast and bagels, milk, juice, and coffee.

 

LUNCH SELECTIONS

  • Homemade soup, Salad Bar, and Sandwich Buffet
  • Burrito and Taco Bar with all your favorite toppings with salsa and sour cream
  • Baked Potato Bar with various toppers and plenty of butter and sour cream
  • Homemade Soup and hot grilled sandwiches (the “comfort food” favorite)
  • Pasta and Salad Bar, Garlic Bread

  • Various Desserts to sweeten your day!
 

DINNER SELECTIONS

  • Lasagna, Caesar Salad and garlic bread
  • Rosemary chicken breast, parsley buttered potatoes, steamed vegetables
  • Alfredo Chicken, Rice Pilaf, Fresh steamed vegetables
  • Variety of home made pizzas including fresh basil, tomato and mozzarella, chicken,
    spinach and roasted garlic or vegetable alfredo in addition to traditional pizza choices.
  • Grilled hamburgers and/or brats, Beans, Chips, Vegetable favorites, and cold
    Lemonade (Summer time Favorite)
 

SNACK SERVICE

We can provide:
