Moravian Church Bishop Kay Ward has written her third book in a series for the Moravian Church. Like her earlier books of thoughtful stories, Hoping for Spring is a compilation of essays that speak to discovery, a love of writing, reliving of memories, and weaving God through everyday life. Each chapter includes a story from the Bible and several short essays related to the months of the year with recipes sprinkled throughout. Hoping for Spring is Bishop Ward’s third book in the series with her first publication being Of Seasons & Sparrows in 2000. Her second book, Heading Home, was published in 2005 shortly after she retired from her position at the Moravian Seminary. A cataloguer and a writer all of her life, Kay has kept a diary every day since since she was 5 years old. During her tenure at the Seminary, she was a featured columnist for the The Express Times newspaper (Easton, PA).

"Homecoming for a Wandering Camp Ministry" is the story of the development of the Mt. Morris Camp and Conference Center, written by Bishop Paul Graf. Anecdotes are many as Paul very poignantly shares his love of Mt. Morris... and the love of others who have been deeply touched by the Center. Bishop Graf lives in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin, and continues his love of Mt. Morris by serving on the current Board of Directors (2008).
